WATERFALL

Hooteye February 2010

This Tutorial will show you how to achieve the Waterfall effect shown in the
below tag, as it is only a 6 Frame Animation, it should prove quick and easy to do

Plugins are not required for this Tutorial

This Tutorial was wrote for PSP 9 but I have also tested it in PSP X
any resemblance to any other tut on the web is purely coincidental.

This Tutorial cannot be done in PSP 7 or PSP 8
as they do not have the "Displacement Map" effect

You will be able to create many different types of tag, with this effect, simply
by changing the Document/Blind colors and Layer Opacity (2 examples)

See my Shamrock Tutorial here

OK HERE WE GO.
