Monaghan, Ireland

Monaghan is truly the crossroads of Ireland. This pleasant, sheltered county is positioned at the top of Southern Ireland, between the counties of Armagh and Fermanagh. Monaghan is known as "The County of Little Hills" as there are really no high hills, just lots of little ones forming a gentle rolling countryside. From the patio deck at Willow Bridge Lodge Motel a series of the little hills can be viewed to their best effect.

Getting to Monaghan, "The Cross Roads of Ireland" could not be easier, situated as we are at the Cross Roads.
