Colin Holmes and Bronwen Kiernan
Colin Holmes and Bronwen Kiernan compete for Brothers Pearse
at under 17 level. They have both been members of the club
since they started at under 8. Although Bronwen has always
been winning and still is at County, Provincial, and National
level both at club standard and Schools and Colleges, Colin
was a late developer. His first taste of success came in 1996
in the N.A.C.A. Cross Country Championships in Rostrevor
he came in 2nd and from then on its been success at Schools
reaching the National Finals and getting 4th to Club standard
County, Provincial, and National Level. On top of these honours
last year he was selected to compete at the C.S.I.T. games in
Switzerland, good luck to both for the future. Bill
