There are only 3 full time gyms on the island of Ireland.

We are not one of the lucky few so we operate from the local hall which ajoins the GAA pitch. Scotstown Complex, as it's known, houses, a handball alley, a squash court, several rooms upstairs for local Youth Club Meetings (Foroige) and the hall & stage.

Of course without a full time gym all the equipment must be lugged in and out, before and after each session - enter the parents! The equipment is kept in a tiny store, in the corner of the gym.

INSIDE

Inside the hall, which measures about 40m*15m, we have plenty of floorspace for our equipment.The hall is also used for basketball and indoor soccer.
