Top British Coach, Sally Filmer, now based in Cavan, travelled to Tydavnet Gym Club on Sundays for 2 hours of dance & choreography with our female gymnasts and a further hour with the general public, for an 8 week period late last year.

This was a much needed element to the clubs training, especially for the girls in their floor routines and in their acro routines. It develops their co-ordination as well as promoting more imaginative dance.
