Booking and Payment
A booking deposit of EURO 100 is required to secure a booking. This is non refundable.
Balance of payment to be paid 4 weeks prior to occupancy.
Cancellation charges:
More than 4 weeks notice : payment is refunded, excluding deposit
3 weeks notice : 50% is refunded
Less than 3 weeks notice : no refund
Arrival and Departure
Time of arrival: from 4pm onwards
Time of departure : 11am (weekdays) 5pm (weekends)
General conditions
Occupants are responsible for any damage to furnishings or property that may occur and the owner has the right to terminate contract if the property is not being cared for, or if tenants are causing a disturbance.
Rates include bed linen, towels, electricity and heating.
