Bree Davidstown Community Games

Bree Heritage Project

Bree Youth Club News

The Senior Variety is returning under a new name: 'The Youth Factor'' and will take place in Bree Community Centre on Friday the 17th of
February at 7.30 pm. Admission is €2 for children and €4 for adults.  Bree will be putting  4 acts forward. Solo singers will be Lucy Doyle, Megan Mitten and Debbie Cahill. In the Dance category we have Nicole Furlong. Come along and see some talented entertainers, have a fun  night and support the Club. All are welcome.
Club nights resume on the 24th of February as normal.

Bree Parish Journal

The 15th edition of the Bree Parish Journal is now available in all local shops at €8. This edition contains historical articles as well as reviews of local organisations within the parish for 2010 & 2011. 

Bree United Soccer Club – 30^th Anniversary

Ladies Football Club

Ballyhogue Ladies Football Club are holding a fundraising Cabaret in Byrnes of Bree on March 10th. Music by Emflo and raffle on the night. Sponsored wax and head shave on the night also.  Entry €3 and wax strip €5.   A good night is guaranteed and your support would be appreciated.

Lough Derg Day of Friendship and Prayer

Loubh Derg warmly invites you to join them for a Day of Friendship and Prayer on Ash Wednesday February 22^nd.  The guest speaker on the day will be Brother David Jardine, Director of Interdenominational Divine Healing Ministries.  Boats to Lough Derg run from 10.30 a.m. with Brother David’s address at 12 noon followed by lunch.  After lunch you will have time to meet people from other Churches and enjoy the peace of the Island.   The suggested donation is €20 which includes refreshments on arrival and a light lunch.   To book please contact 071 9861518 or e-mail info@loughderg.org.
