Colitis & Crohn’s Disease—The Irish Society for Colitis and Crohn’s will hold a public meeting for patients, their family and friends, in The Woodlands Hotel, Waterford on Saturday 15th February 2014 between 2pm and 5pm.  Speakers: Dr Ashraf Morcos - Consulatant Gastroenterologist, Mr Fiachra Cooke - Consultant Surgeon.  Topics Include: LIVING WITH IBD,  Surgery and IBD and more.  Refreshments will be served. Clonroche Historical Society—Meeting in Clonroche Community Centre on Tuesday Feb 4 at 8:00 pm.  Ms Margaret Commiskey MA will deliver a lecture on “Life in Callan/Thomastown, Co Kilkenny 1810-1830”.

Hope Cancer Support Shop—To commemorate 10 years in business and the opening of our extended premises, the Hope Cancer Support Shop, Millpark Road, Enniscorthy will hold a 2 week sale commencing on Mon 3rd Feb 2014. Check out our new Book Department.  We would like to thank all our Customers and all those who donated items for their continued support over the past 10 years.

Bree CEP Vacancies—Bree CEP Ltd. are now taking applications for vacancies on the 2014/15 Project which will commence shortly.   Applications for Childcare Positions (Bri Beag), Care of Elderly (Active Retirement), Community Centre, Environmental and Clerical positions are sought.   Applicants must fulfill DSP qualifying criteria and Garda Vetting will be required for Childcare and Care of Elderly positions.  To apply for a position please contact the DSP (FAS) office in Abbey Square, Enniscorthy or Bree CEP Office in Bree Community Centre.

Ballyhogue lotto results—The winning numbers were 13, 15, 26 and 30. No  jackpot winner of €6,200.  One match 3 Paddy Fortune. Your continued support is most appreciated. The next draw for a Jackpot of €6200 will take place in Ryans of Galbally at 8.00pm on the 12 of February. Tickets are available from any club official.

GAA National Club Draw  - Ballyhogue GAA Club will be participating in the GAA National Club Draw this year.  Tickets will be available over the coming weeks and are only €10 and 100% of all money raised through ticket sales will be returned to the club. The club aims to use all money raised to help finance pitch development in the new year including getting an astro turf area placed around selected pitch goal mouths. Your support of this draw would be very much appreciated. Prizes include a trip for two to the International Rules in Australia next year.

Bree Youth Club News  -The planned Senior Disco to be hosted by Bree YC in Taghmon on February 14th has now be changed to February 28th.  On February 14th there will be an inter club Unihoc and Tag Rugby Competition here in Bree Hall.   As this is a non spectator competition there will be no Club Night on that night.

Bree Parents Assoc News—Bree Parents Association will hold their next 'used clothing collection' on Wednesday February 12th from 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. and  Thursday  February 13th 8.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. in Bree Community Centre.  Many thanks also to everyone who helped out with our recent bag packing in Dunnes Stores.  €1175.68 was raised for our school.

Zumba Classes Zumba Classes every Wednesday in Galbally Hall at 7.30pm. €8 per class and loyalty cards are available. Contact Jane at 087-4118509 for further details.
