BREE TIDY TOWNS (POBAL BRI)

What is it?  Tidy Towns is our opportunity to develop what a local community believe to be the key factors and local features that make us unique e.g. landscaping, biodiversity and waste minimisation.

What you need -  an interest in enhancing, celebrating and managing the local character and distinctiveness of Bree

Where to do it - anywhere you’ve found yourself saying, “Wouldn’t this be a beautiful spot if there were trees, shrubs, water features” before you shuffled off apathetically!

This is an opportunity for everyone in the community to meet and exchange ideas and discuss strategies for success in the 2009 competition.  So come on, take the initiative and inspire your family, friends and neighbours to take pride and spruce up Bree for this year Tidy Town Competition.   Join us in Byrnes Bar on Tuesday 5th May at 8.30 p.m.  Ideas for 2009 competition welcome by email to breeparish@eircom.net
