Vigil for Life The National Vigil for Life will
take place on Saturday next, 3rd May, in Merrion Square Dublin from 3pm to 4pm. The Government introduced abortion based on a
threat of suicide in the full knowledge that there is no evidence it is a treatment for

Galbally Community Playschool Galbally Community Playschool, catering for
children from all areas, have a limited number of places left for September 2014.
Parents can avail of free pre school places under the ECCE scheme and we also have the
subvention scheme in place with rates starting from €4.50
per morning. All of our staff are highly qualified in childcare and first aid.
We aim to provide a safe, caring and enjoyable environment which promotes and

Parents Assoc Bree Parents Assoc would like to thank everyone who supported our
recent used clothing collection. €393
was collected for our school. There will be
another collection in June, so keep filling those bags!! Our annual fun day will take
place on Sun June 8th. Wishing everyone a

GAA Club News Hard luck to the Ballyhogue Intermediate Footballers who lost last
weekend to Bunclody in the Championship Group B First Round. The Match
finished; Bunclody 2.11 Ballyhogue 2.03. Lotto
Results.
The winning numbers were 3,13,17 and 26. There was no winner of the Lotto Jackpot. 1 Match
3 Winner Ella Carberry. The next draw will take place on the 7th of May 2014 in Ryan's of
Galbally at 8.30pm for a Jackpot €7,600.

Tidy Towns – Thankyou Bree Tidy Towns
fundraising Cabaret on Easter Sunday raised a total of €612.00
. This money will be used for summer planting in the village, the annual insurance
costs and general maintenance. Thank you for everyone who supported this fundraiser,
it is very much appreciated. Prizes on the night went to Stephen Dunne and
Paddy Kelly.

fundraising Cabaret for Temple Street Children’s Hospital will take place on Tuesday
May 13th in the Danby Lodge Hotel. Music by
Jimmy Hogan, Seabreeze and Leslie and John, Blue Lace.
Tickets cost €7
each with a door prize on the night. Music
from 9.30p.m. to 12 midnight. All support
would be greatly appreciated.
