Preparations are under way for this years edition
of Bree Parish Journal. All clubs and organisations in the parish are asked to have a
report of their activities over the past two years. The committee is also looking for
photographs particularly of groups of people from times past as well as items suitable for
publication pertaining to places or people of the area including notable family
celebrations. All items to be advised to Jim and Clare Doyle, Garranstackle. Phone

Bree AC will hold their annual Christmas Craft Fair on
Sunday 4th December commencing at 10.30 until 5.30. There will be a huge variety of
goods on display with great ideas for Christmas presents. Special guest, Santa
will be arriving at noon. Your support is greatly appreciated. Further details

takes place on Tuesday 13th December at 8pm. All athletes' parents are welcome to attend.

Indoor Bowls
Bree Active Retirement Group will host Indoor Bowls in
Bree Community Centre every Wednesday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. commencing
Wednesday. All are most welcome to join in.
Christmas Lunch
This year the group will travel to the Stanville Hotel
for their Christmas Lunch on December 14th.
The cost is 20 per head and all are most welcome. Full details will be given in future editions of
the Newsletter or by contacting the Active Retirement Group at 089 4616413.

first public meeting of the Bree Heritage Project will take place at 8.15 pm on Monday the
28th of November in the Bree Community Centre. Everyone is welcome to attend. Contact Colm

Bree United
Soccer Club will hold a Cabaret on this Sat 26th November in Byrnes of Bree. Tickets costing 3 will be available on the
door. Music is by Vinnie. Door prizes and raffle on the night. Your support would be greatly appreciated

The next meeting of Bree Community Development Group will
take place on Monday December 5th at 8.30 p.m. in Bree Community Centre.
As part of our waste minimisation programme No Junk Mail
signs are available from Bree Post Office which you can stick up beside your letter box. Please note you also need to write to An Post,
Belefield, Enniscorthy to request that no junk mail be delivered to your address.

Stephen and Majella Murphy will host a Coffee Morning in
their home in Wilton on Saturday December 3rd from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. All proceeds are in aid of Wexford Womens
refuge and the St. Vincent De Paul. Your
support would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to Bree United winners in the Bunclody
Super
Bri Beag would like to thank everyone who attended or
supported our recent Halloween Disco on Friday October 28th last. The evening was a great success and was greatly
enjoyed by all. We would like to thank Ciaran
McCormack for providing the music and thankyou also to all who provided cakes and buns for
the refreshments. Congratulations to
Caitriona Redmond who was the winner of the draw for the Name the Witch Competition.

Carol Singing
Carol singing rehearsals will begin on Thursday the 1st
of December at 8pm in the Community Centre for our traditional Carol singing on the 17th
of December.
No Club Nights
There will be no club nights on the 2nd, the 9th and the
16th of December due to the Christmas discos.
Trips/Discos/Christmas Party
Our Senior members are organising a trip to the cinema on
the 2nd of December for the Junior members which will be supervised by Leaders so
there will be no Club that night. The Junior Christmas party will be from 8-10 pm and the
bus will be leaving at 7.30pm with pick up from the Bree community centre at 10.20 pm on
the 9th. The Senior Disco is on the 16th, meeting at 8.15 in Bree Community centre and
returning at 12.40 pm
