Under 15 Football Championship

 Quarter Final Under 15 Football Championship.

 – Bride Rovers 3-5               Kiltha Og 0-4.

 Our under 15 footballers had a well deserved victory over Kiltha Og at home on Sunday March14th, in the quarter final of the championship. Rovers playing with the aid of a strong wind in the first half led by five points to two at the break. We had most of the play,the three-point lead at half time was a poor return for the amount of possession we enjoyed in the first half. The team upped their performance for the second half and ran out worthy winners in the end.

  Semi Finals Under 15 Football Championship.

 Bide Rovers 0-1            Carrigtwohill 3-19.

 On Sunday last (Mar 21) our under 15 footballers played Carrigtwohill at home. Carrig played with the aid of a strong wind in the opening half. After ten minutes Carrig led by 0-5 to no score. At half time the visitors led by 1-9 to 0-0. At this stage the game was well and truly gone beyond our reach and the visitors won easily by 3-19 to  0-1. Daniel O’Brien being our only scorer.
