Peninsula and is also designated as a Heritage Town. The West Clare Peninsula
is surrounded by the Atlantic and Shannon Estuary on three sides. This is an
ideal base from which to enjoy the
many attractions of both Clare and Kerry. The Burren
National Park and Cliffs of Moher are within easy driving distance. There is a
fine 18 hole golf course locally along with the Greg Norman and Lahinch
championship golf courses within driving distance. The popular seaside resort
of Kilkee is just 14km away offering a wide range of amusements including an
indoor wave pool, golf, pitch and putt, tennis and watersports.
