The Rental charge covers:
Arriving and Departing The cottage will be available for occupation from 4:00 pm on the Saturday of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 am on the Saturday of departure. Number of Persons The number of persons occupying cottage must be stated at the time of booking. Articles lost or stolen No responsibility will be accepted for articles lost or stolen from the property. Visit by Management The management may visit the cottage at any reasonable time. Security Deposit Occupants are obliged to maintain the cottage in a clean and tidy condition. A €100 refundable deposit as security against damage will be payable upon arrival at cottage. Right to refuse a booking The right is reserved by management at any time to refuse a booking or terminate a reservation for non-compliance with conditions of occupation. Booking Procedure Bookings can be arranged via email or telephone but must be confirmed by telephone. The property will be reserved for 1 week pending receipt of tenant's deposit. Booking Conditions Payment A deposit of €130 is payable within a week from the time of provisional booking and the balance payable 42 days (6 weeks) prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 42 days (6 weeks) of arrival date, full payment is required at time of booking. Failure to make payment on time will be deemed a cancellation and will result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellation Charges If the booking is cancelled for whatever reason the following cancellation charges will apply :
Pets Pets are not permitted in the cottage.
