Our Booking and Cancellation Policy It is our policy not to debit Credit Cards until
** In this instance, the full amount will be debited. Our Guests are welcome to Check-In any time after 12.00 noon. Guests who have not Checked-In before 6.00pm are advised to contact us with their estimated time of arrival. Check-Out time is 11.00am. We require 7 days notice for cancellations. For Group Bookings of 8 or more people, we require 14 days notice of cancellation.
As a Booking Deposit we require Credit Card details or a deposit either |
