--WE SHIP WORLDWIDE-- Ask for a quotation for shipping to the port of your choice.

Here are some simple steps to follow when buying your collectors car from us:

Our CARS:
For rust free cars you have to be in South Africa, the mild dry (desert) climate hardly impact the condition of the cars we sell. Also, due to the economical and political structure of the country in the past, most vintage cars hardly did any mileage. (We had 60 to 70 year old cars, on crates or in a shed for over 40 years, with no trace of corrosion, only done 4000 miles!) We are aware that the location does not allow for easy inspection, so PLEASE ask any question by e-mail and we will answer as soon as possible. If you want more pictures taken, or from a particular part, please ask!

PAYMENT:
When final price is agreed, buyer will have to pay a 10% deposit to secure the deal.
That would secure following:
1) The car will be taken to a MOT test (if necessary repairs will be done to obtain certificate)
2) A police clearance will be obtained to secure export
3) The car is taken to a shipping agent
4) An export permit is to be obtained (we need a copy of your passport)
BEFORE SHIPPING THE CAR THE FINAL PAYMENT SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL.
5) The car will be properly fitted into a 20ft/6m. container, secured and loaded onto a ship.
6) The ship will take about 3 weeks to sail to Europe.
7) All forms (registration papers etc.) will be send separate to you.
8) On arrival in the port, buyer will be notified and buyer can collect the car.

ADDITIONAL COSTS (to be added to agreed price):
Buyer has to take into account the following additional costs
Shipment to a port in Europe, for example England: £ 1,000.-/€1.600,-
Additional transport insurance: £ 400.-/€650,-

WHAT THE BUYER SHOULD ALSO KNOW:As from arrival in the port the buyer is responsible for the car and all costs (i.e. clearing, transport to the buyers location) are for the buyer self. On arrival in the port of your selection the buyer normally should only pay VAT (5% approx.) and NO duty. There would be a few hundred pounds/euro's clearing costs and a MOT in order to get the car registered.

Note: With regard to VAT and export duties, special allowances are made in most countries for vehicles older than 25 or 30 years. Owning a classic or vintage vehicle is a source of endless pleasure and pride, as well as being a sound investment.

If you feel there are questions unanswered, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to provide any assistance.
