We are a relatively small athletic club in number, but are very successful in both cross-country and track-and-field at County, Munster and All-Ireland level, in several age groups. 

Our training schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 7.45pm –9.00pm in the playing fields and in the gym of the Sacred Heart College. Wednesday (from    March) 8.00pm –9.00pm in the C.I.T. track in Bishopstown.

New athletes are always welcome in all age groups.
