Development

There are two main developments going on in Carraig na bhFear at present namely Carrigwell and Carrig Court.

Carrigwell is situated along College Road about 1/4 of a mile from the village, in total there will be 49 houses built on this site. four and five bedroomed houses are available designed by the well known architect James Leahy. Don Murphy 021-4821788 and Hamilton Osborne King 021-4271371 are the joint selling agents. Phase one has sold out and phase two is just about to commence.

Carrig Court is opposite Castle Manor on the right hand side of the slip road as you descend into the village. Bandon and district homes are developing this lovely site overlooking the village and Sacred Heart College grounds. In total there 18 four bedroomed homes being developed.
