Fergus Lynch Captain Ollie Murphy Winner Jorge Esguerra Second

Our Captains prize was held in West Waterford where a large crowd to support and compete for the Captains prize 2002. The winner was recently joined member Ollie Murphy, who showes the same style with the Golf Club as he had with the camán with a great score of 40pts. Second place was taken by the very popular "100% Colombian" Jorge Esguerra.

Eamonn Roche and Odhran O Keeffe took first and second place respectively in Cat. A while the "Tipp man" Jim O Rourke won  Cat. B with Jan Goodwin taking second place. Special Award went to Haulie Garde who was presented with a new Golf Visor to replace the one he lost, as his game has suffered since he lost his old one.

Thanks to everyone who made the day a success and to John and Connie of Barry's Bar for the hosptality on the night of the prize giving. Thanks to all who donated prizes and helped in the organising. Another good night had by all and credit to Fergus for the whole day and night.
