Under 14 Feile Skills

This competition held recently for the Paddy Walsh  Memorial Shield proved very successful with Michael John Crowley proving a worthy winner. All club players on their final year at under 14 level qualified for participation and the contest was very keen. Michael John is the first name to be placed on the Shield, and indeed must feel very proud to hold the title for 12 months. Irene Walsh, sister of the late Paddy officially presented the shield to the popular Skills Champion after the Juvenile Long Puck.

Michael John went on to represent the Club in the Divisional Final and finished a creditable fourth.

Brian Lawton represented us in the Divisional Long Puck and finished well up the field.

Thanks to Donie O Rourke for the report and the photo.
