Architecture

In this section we studied a square kilometre around our school.We looked at the types of fences that are used. On a map we coloured coded the various fences such as stone wall, clay ditch wire fence etc. We looked at the size of the fields and found that fields were much bigger in the mid eighteen hundreds. The fields were smaller on the 1910 Ordinance Survey map and on todays map they are bigger similiar to the size of fields in the 1850's
