This game is not worthy of a match report.

You cannot consistently analyse heavy defeats, because it appears that no lessons have been learned, and that no suggested improvement will take place before the end of the season.

All that remains perfectly clear is, if this side is going to be hammered for the rest of the season, it may as well lose and learn something from it.

Therefore, now is the time to drop pretty much all the experienced players and give the youth a chance. Give them vital experience in the difficult world of the First Division : to prepare them for the challenges they will face in the future.

Because believe me, they are the future of the club. Not the motley crew of players we have collecting money from the club at the moment on a weekly basis, for performances of this nature.

Start Spring cleaning early, Trevor.

This is a humiliating time to be a Dundalk fan.
