MC CARTHY - I've talked with Taff about Chris and we are always on the lookout for players in the National League
who are sufficently good enough to play for the team and when the oppourtunity arises we might find a place for them in the B squad

MC CARTHY - I don't know his family but Cas has a good scoring record for Ireland and although he and Ray have retired I thought their experience would help the team in areas where there is no backup.
Rovers fan throws bottle in direction of McCarthy but misses and nearly hits Shels fan who has just arrived
