Ladies Player of the Year - 1995
This year’s player comes from a family of long-standing Clann na nGael and G.A.A supporters. She started as many of us from scratch sharing the pitch with the lads as well as sharing their coach Tony Whyte.
From here her determination and spirit has made her the player she is today. This person has been a member of the panel in every title the Clann Ladies have won over the last five years.
Her dedication and commitment to both training and her team has earned her the respect and appreciation which she has gained from the girls.
The Connaught Final this year brought out her true colours with two magnificicent penalty saves which took us to the All-Ireland Semi-Final.
