Young Player of the Year - 1999
This year's "Young Player of the Year" has played for the club at all levels from under 10 up. He has played Minor football for the last three years and in 1999 played Minor, Under 21 and Senior football.
He is currently a member of the Athlone Community College team that has qualified for the Leinster Final. He was a member of the Westmeath Vocational School's team that won the All Ireland recently, defeating Roscommon in the final.
He has represented the county at Under 16 level, and is presently on the County Under 21 team.
As an all round athlete he has had success at various levels in the
Community Games. He has always been dedicated to training and his commitment at all levels
has been an inspiration to those around him.
