The fire-fighters were unaware of the gas welding cylinders inside this van until the fire was under control. The cylinders were then cooled before being removed and placed into a bin filled with cold water. If you ever find yourself in a situation of a fire near a pressurised gas cylinder (  you may be useing a gas cylinder at home for heating or a gas cooker) then please inform the fire service when you make the call and when the fire brigade arrive.
