U16 Hurlers County Champions 2002

The Juvenile hurlers won the Co. Championship in 2002 beating Craanford in St Patrick's Park in a thriller. This U16 team are a team for the future.

The Man of the Match was Peter Hendrick

There are over one hundred boys and girls taking part in the indoor hurling which takes place throughout the winter months.

Training and competitions are organised by Thomas Harrington, Nicholas Kehoe, Aidan O'Brien and other helpers also.

Minor Hurlers won the County Final in 1999

They beat Bannow-Ballymitty in the final, having disposed of St Annes in the semi-final replay.Team photo here. Tomas Furlong was Man of the Match and MJ, his brother, was captain.

In 1979 Cloughbawn/Adamstown won Minor Championship. And again in 1984

John Codd gave many years service to Bord na nÓg as Secretary, Chairman, selector and trainer (and also taxi service)
