Five miles (8 kilometres) from Mountrath on the Birr/Kinnitty road (R440). Pass the Cedar Inn (Hogan's Pub). After Roundwood House turn right at the next junction. Conlán House is on the left one mile past the junction. (N.B. Follow the Kinnitty roadsigns from Mountrath.)
