This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment with private car park can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located on the 2nd floor of  a private development. It can be accessed via stairs or lift from the secure underground car park. The apartment is newly built, bright, spacious and located in a quite area yet less than a 5 minute walk from the blue flag beaches, bars, marina, shops, restaurants and golf course. The only thing between the apartment and the sea is the beautiful Yachting Marina with more then 1,100 moorings making it one of the largest in the Mediterranean, with all the amenities you need and of course wonderful beaches for you to enjoy. The large spacious sunny balcony has a full view of the swimming pool from where your children can be supervised whilst they swim. The pool is less then a minute walk from the apartment and with the balcony overlooking it its like having your own private pool. You can have interaction with those who are swimming from the comfort, luxury and convenience of the balcony.  

There are also views of the sea, port and golf course from the balcony.
