Uh oh! If the titles and links on the navigational bar don't look like the Led Zeppelin font, then you probably don't have the TT font Kashmir. Download Kashmir to fix this problem.
Hello there! Like the make-over? I have redone my site, because - seriously - I thought grey was a bit dull (guess the background)... and there's no more cups or slices of cake, or slices of cupcake or cups of sliced cake! But, my site isn't the only thing that's had a make-over, the Members themselves have had a make-over too! They told me that colour-coordinating your trousers and top is "sooo last season", and that "wild, colourful and crazy stuff which is colour-coordinated in a funky fashion" is more their style...

Although the look has changed, the content hasn't: there's still CARTOONS! Though along with the old cartoons, there's the first ever cartoons with the newly dressed Members! Although, if this new site is too new for your liking, or if you never saw the it, you can go and see the old one at http://homepage.eircom.net/~cooreast/zeppelin/oldsite.html.
Anyway, enough about them, more about ME! My name is Anna-Victoria Lynch and I live in Ireland, on the Wesht Coasht (in County Clare, to be exact), but I'm originally from England. I first came to like Led Zeppelin when I was itsy bitsy: their music was played on a tape all the time in the car; my brother - Andrew - likes them too. My other brother - Patrick - is absolutely besotted with Yes (for proof for my comment, visit his Yessyte: http://homepage.eircom.net/~yessyte). Led Zeppelin were my staple diet in learning to play the bass guitar when I first picked it up - I was nine, and they still are - mostly for warming up. Along with Led Zeppelin, I like Rush and Genesis, along with some nowadays stuff: Evanescence and Muse, par example. Along with Led Zeppelin-mania, my other interests are horse-riding, singing and drama.
Now I've got my life story out of the way, don't ask me when the cartoons thing started; before 2001, anyway. I don't only do Led Zeppelin cartoons, I also do Lord of the Rings cartoons. My first cartoons were very crude, but now I have refined them to complete comic-anatomical correctness... apart from the fact they have Picasso style heads... but everything else is grand. Also in the beginning, as those who visited the old site well will know, the clothing of the old "Pop-Eyed People" was very, very simple: a jumper, trousers of the corresponding colour, and grey shoes. Now, everyone has their own style, and the LOTR people have film-correct clothes.
I have put a quick-find bar on the side of the page so you can navigate the site quickly an easily with going back-and-forth. The categories - as you can quite clearly see - are Home, Info, Cartoons, Games, Reviews, E-mail and - a totally new option - Ask Bonzo.
Jonsey's New Amp

Good news, my faithful fellow LZ followers: posted on this site is the newest of my comics - Jonsey's New Amp, my first full length LZ comic in around four years! In this comic, you will see the new improved band members in another all new anecdote, one surrounding a new amp of Jonsey's and the hilarity that ensues on its arrival. Part I is here already, and will be followed up fortnightly with further stories. |
Fan Club?
Yes, I have decided to introduce a fan club: LZ Comic Fan Club (or LZC Club). Members of the club will receive special privileges, such as clues as how to find easter eggs on this site, notice of new site updates - such as new installments of comics, etc., and can enter competitions for prizes such as original comics, and maybe much more... The LZC Club isn't fully up and running yet, but when it does - provided people actually JOIN (go to the e-mail page and click on LZC Club Queries option) - be sure that you'll see more of it.
So, browse around, look at the comics and have a nose at the games, but just make sure you have loads of fun! AVL
