Gold in Mosney

Congrats to Amanda Perrill winner of a gold medal in the 600 m in Mosney and to Carina, Úna and Mary Roseingrave and Cian Dillon who also competed in the National Finals.  

 

Swimming Classes

Swimming classes will commence at Ennis Pool on Wed. next Sept. 20 from 11 o’clock to 12.  Children will travel by bus, at a cost of £1 per child. The cost of the lessons will be met by the parents’ association again this year and we are grateful to them for that. Each child must have swim suit/togs, towel and swim cap. Classes involved are 2nd to 6th and due to limited space these classes cannot all have lessons together. Each class group will have 6 lessons approx. Following is the schedule:-Sept 20, 27, and Oct. 4 – Classes 4, 5, 6. Oct 11, 18, and 25 –Classes 2, 3, 4,5. Nov. 8, 15, 22.– Classes 2, 3, 6. We propose to have a gala for all classes on Nov. 29.   

 

Tiny Tots

Playschool is up and running, very successfully. There are 10 children attending.

 

County Final

4th and 5th classes have made plaited hair bands for the Intermediate hurling final on Sun. (Cusack Park 3.30) and are selling for £1 each – proceeds to buy software for their class.
