on Mon. Their blitz on Thursday was postponed because the Kilkishen pitch was
unplayable. No date has been fixed but the games should be played in the coming

Galore On
Wed. week last there was great excitement when the county intermediate hurling
cup and the county intermediate ladies football cup were taken to the school by
members of the victorious teams. Orla O’Donnell brought in the girls trophy
and she was accompanied by John Brigdale,chairman of the Ladies Football club.
Crónan Dillon, captain of the men’s team addressed the pupils as did Paudge
Hanrahan, sec. of the club. Paudge also brought sweets. Outstanding

Schools Scheme. We need loads of
copper wire of different types and any other wire or objects which could be used
