Reading, Reading!!! All parents/guardians are invited to a talk on Shared Reading in the Home at the school on Thursday night next Jan. 18th at 8.30 sharp. The talk will be given by Micheal Rouine, B.ed. H. Dip. Rem. Ed. Reading is hugely beneficial in the education of our children and so, therefore, we hope that at least one parent/guardian from each family can attend this very important meeting Parent/Teacher

New Teacher We welcome Mr. Terry Boyle who is the new teacher in 2nd and 3rd classes. Terry has thought in Ireland and Canada and he is from Dublin. Missing!! A number of our library books appear to be mislaid. They may be in schoolbags, under pillows, minding the cat etc. Please, please see that they are returned if you come across any. School
closed An inservice day for the teachers on Irish on the Revised Curriculum will be held on Fri. Feb. 2nd. School will remain closed on that day. |
