This conflict evetually lead to the battle between Cuchulain and his close friend Ferdia which resulted in the death of two great warriors. |

One of the scholars in Celtic Mythology known for his thirst for learning thus he pursued the salmon of Knowledge along the banks of the River Boyne. Twas unfortunate that his student, Finn McCool, was to unwittingly taste of the Salmon first, gaining the knowledge there of. |
