Declaration

1) 1/we accept the Club regulations and I/we agree to sail ccording to the Sailing Instructions
2) My/our boat is adequately covered by insurance for DBSC races .Minimum     €1.27M  (£1,000,000)
3) I/we comply with the safety equipment rules appropriate to the Class.

I/ we acknowledge and agree that :

1) Competitors sail entirely at their own risk. Dublin Bay Sailing Club, its race officers, committee and organisers disclaim liability in the event of any claim for accident or mishap.
2) In the event of races being held in heavy weather, it is the sole responsibility of each helmsman/owner whether to sail or not in every race.
