on the basis of their ISA Standard ECHO Reference Handicap/IRC
Handicap (subject to the Committee's right to allocate a boat to
any class).The following breakpoints apply from January 2001
CRUISERS 1 -Boats at 0.971 and above
CRUISERS 2 -Boats from 0.901 to 0.970
CRUISERS 3 -Boats from 0.835 to 0.900
CRUISERS 4 -Boats at 0.834 and below.
