Following a notice in the local parish newsletter Carrigaline Photographic Society was formed in November 1985. This picture was taken in Gougane Barra, County Cork at one of the groups earliest outings in Spring 1986.
In the intervening years the society has won numerous provincial and national awards and many individual members have been awarded distinctions.
