Here I have already cut out the rusty area, stripped the paint and welded in the inner sill section.
The outer upper sill section ready to be spot welded in. the repair section had to be curved along two different planes for it to match up.
All the different repair sections welded in, ground back and ready to be cut to the desired shape of the door opening.
The panels cut back and welded along the top for added strenght. Small bit of filler just to get the contours exact.
