  1. Matches to take place at 2 p.m. on a Saturday/Sunday.

  2. Players must have been 16 or under on the 31st of December, 2000.

  3. The first named in a tie have home advantage.

  4. The above draw will apply to all rounds. (see brackets)

  5. Teams to have four players.

  6. Each team nominates its no. 1, no. 2, no. 3 and no. 4.

  7. Each player to play two frames against his opposite number.

  8. The first team to win five frames wins the match.

  9. If the match score finishes four-four, two nominated players will play a one-frame decider.

  10. The last eight will be played the following week, the last four the following week and so on. Dates to be arranged following the first round matches.

  11. Results to be phoned in to Tom Plunkett a.s.a.p.

  12. Entry fee £5 per team to be sent to Darren Ponsonby.

 

The Donegal Under-17 County Championship will be hosted by the North West Snooker Club on Bank Holiday Monday, the 7th of May. This will be an annual event and will be hosted by interested clubs on a rotational basis. A perpetual trophy will be awarded to the winner. It will only be open to those resident in County Donegal and entrants must have been 16 or under on the 31st of December, 2000.
