THE SIX NATIONS

 By Ghislain Hofman 6th Class

For the first time in its history six teams enter this cup, Italy a team which didn’t prove itself at the world cup moves in. Here we look at my view on the teams and I review the first and second rounds.

France- A good looking team with a good chance. Their performance during the world cup was a get boost for European Rugby. Verdict: 1st View: France always brings a good team to a match and I think no different of them.
England-I’ll start by saying they had a terrible world cup, I thought they would be the best in the north there, but no. I think that they’ll be a big challenge to the French. Verdict:  2nd View: There just so good.
Scotland: I think Scotland has just lost there touch. The world cup performance was terrible. Verdict: 5th View: Just not up to this challenge.
Wales: A good team, who are favourites for the tournament. Most points come from the kicker Neil Jenkins, who is a respected kicker worldwide. Their new Aussie may help them.
Verdict: 3rd View: Just don’t have a good try scorer
Ireland: Theses men will go out looking for victory, after the game against whom was it? Oh yes Argentina.
Verdict: 4th View: Not the worst Irish team.
Italy: Poor world cup and not much experience. The new coach should help things inside the team.
Verdict: 6th View: Just not good enough.
