Drumeela National School is
a two teacher Primary school, with shared Learning Support and Resource Teachers. It is situated in the heart of Drumeela Parish, three miles from Carrigallen and nine miles from Ballinamore.
I am the recently appointed Principal to Drumeela NS and together with Mrs Catherine Hanly, we pride ourselves on continuing a legacy of achievement here at this school. Since I began in September 2004, we have made many changes to the school in the hope of attracting new children.

Drumella NS has a large playing field, basketball facilities, circuit court, tennis and Volleyball courts, and a vegetable and flower garden that the children are encouraged to care for. Inside we are fully equipped with resources and teaching aids for all core subjects including several modern computers, televisions, DVD players, video recorders and an abundance of rainy day games and activities.
