Our Green School Project

We received our first Green Flag from an Taisce in April 2009. This was a very proud moment for our school and the product of hard work and commitment from pupils,our Green School Committee under the direction of teacher Genevieve Burns.

We are now planning to attain our second green flag for energy conservation.

Our Green School Flag was launched by Éanna Ní Lamhna and our chairperson Maureen Roddy. Holding the green flag is our caretaker Mickey Carolan.
