Hours are available at various times for individuals or groups who'd like
to organise their own game. Indoor availability is greatest at weekends
(all year round) and in the April-September period (due to our commitments
to training for children's teams over the Winter). Charges are set out
in the table above. If you'd like to get involved in an existing
group, put a note on our noticeboard - some groups are always on the look-out
for reinforcements!

A wide range
of special events take place in the Centre over the course of the year.
These include social events, musical and/or dramatic shows, exhibitions,
community information events, the annual Dunboyne Feis, children's entertainment
and many more. These tend to be well publicised, but you can also check
our What's New page to get
the latest information on what's in store. If you'd like to discuss the
possibility of holding an event in the Centre, contact the Manager - but
it's very important to give as much notice as possible or we may not be
able to rearrange other commitments to make room for your event.
Some bright
Mom or Dad first came up with the idea a few years ago, and it has now
become one of the major weekend uses of the Centre. It's convenient,
easy to organise and very good value. You just book the hall for an
hour (or two if you prefer) and let the kids play football (or you
could organise party games if you're up to it); and set up the goodies
and the cake in the social room outside the hall. Most kids love it.
Why not talk to any of the staff to find out more?
