Membership charges are very low in comparison to commercial gyms, and there is a 33% discount for the second or subsequent member from the same family. You can combine a number of family discounts to multiply your savings - some of our members are paying less than €3.50 a week! You are very welcome to drop in and have a look at the Health & Fitness Club. You can pick up an information sheet which gives full details of our membership arrangements and our very low rates.
Anyone thinking of joining a commercial gym is urged to check out our facilities and prices first. We have a full range of state of the art equipment; we offer a choice of TV channels with personal audio facilities so you can keep up with your favourite programme while you work out; and our experienced advisers will assess you and draw up a personalised programme for you. Best of all, we're on your doorstep - no need to drive miles - in fact, no need to drive at all!

The gym now has one membership type:
Unrestricted membership: €270.00 (€22.50 per month) for the year with a once off joining fee of €30.00. Two from the same household: €450.00 (€18.75 each per month)
There is a 33% discount for any other member of your family over the age of 16 years. Unrestricted membership would be €180.00 with a joining fee of €15.00.
There are only 2 ways to pay: (a) Cash payment for 12 months (We have a number of different cash options available eg. 3 months) or (b) Payment by Direct Debit on a MONTHLY basis through your bank*. The Joining fee of €30.00 (€15.00 for second member of household) must be paid on return of forms and we will then phone you to make an appointment to meet with a fitness instructor, who will show you how to use the equipment and design a program based on your needs. There is strictly no use of the gym until this point. (*Direct Debits will continue beyond the 12 month period unless the customer cancels their membership.)
We have a strict over 16's policy, ID may be required. Restrictions on equipment may apply.
