This is a list of all the gear that K.K, Glenn and Ian use. I haven't much information, but if you know of another piece of equipment not listed here, then e-mail me here. Im sure that some of this info is wrong, inform me of the mistakes or any other info you have.
Glenn currently uses his Hamer Custom guitars, which were made to his specifications in the early 80's by the Hamer guitar company. One is a red version of the Hamer Phantom model, Glenn's version is called the Phantom GT. (Glenn Tipton) The second guitar is the Hamer ScarabGT, which has a long point at the bottom which he uses to lift the guitar at the angle at which he likes to play. He has a few copies of these guitars, some have black bodies and white pickguards, others have white bodies and black pickguards, and the guitar Glenn uses in the Turbo video is an all Black which has black arrow head inlays. The necks on these are exact replicas of the ones he has on his Gibson SGs. He wanted these after one of his strats were stolen, so he has a few copies of each guitar.
He uses PAF pickups and overwound Hamer "Slammer pickups in his guitars, and I believe he is using EMG's for the Jugulator tracks.
Glenn uses Marshall amps, Marshall power amps, a Rocktron preamp and a Rocktron Intellifex and other rack gear.
K.K. also started using a red mini-v Hamer custom in the 80's. Recently he has got a blue version of the red mini-v which is blue, has dot inlays instead of Trapezoid inlays, and has EMG pickups installed in it. I was recently informed that he has an ESP flying v, but I haven't seen any pictures of it yet.
K.K. originally had a grey/white mini v white had no neck pickup and was missing all the studs. His signature model was called the Hamer Vector KK.
K.K. uses Marshall amps, Marshall power amp, a Rocktron Piranah Pre amp and a Rocktron Intellifex and other rack gear, possibly a Furman power conditioner and a Korg Rackmount tuner (either a DTR-1 or DTR-2).
