The children of 4^th class are involved in the Comenius Chapter of the European funded Socrates Programme. Our Partner schools are a middle school in Lisbon, Portugal and a primary school in La Palma, Canary Islands, Spain. The project title is "Horizon 2002" and involves the changeover to the Euro. It is a three year project where the children are involved in many aspects of the Euro. The children are in correspondence with both other schools and teachers from all three schools have met in Lisbon and La Palma and a further meeting is scheduled for October in Dungloe.
