Select each scheme to see the changes on the calendar. I chose Meadow. Click Next to move onto the PAGE ORIENTATION. Select either Landscape or Portrait. Then click on Next. You now have to choose if you want a Monthly or Yearly Calendar. With monthly you could create a 12 page calendar with a different picture on each page. Click Next to move onto the Dates page, Select Change dates to allow you to change the Year the calendar will be, or if you have chosen a Monthly Calendar you can change the months that will be printed. Finally Click on Finish to complete the calendar. Double click on the picture to open clipart and change the current picture. Type in what you are looking for, select the clipart and then select the top icon to insert it. Click on the X to close the Clipart Gallery. Resize and reposition as appropriate. If you wish to replace it with a photo, follow the following steps: (provided you have a scanner attached to your PC) a.) Click once on the image to select it. b.) Place the photo on the Scanner bed. c.) Select Insert >Picture >From Scanner or Camera >Acquire Image. d.) The scanner will then be started. e.) Do a Preview and select the area you wish to scan, then select scan. The image will be scanned and then inserted into you calendar. 8. Next place a border around your image by selecting the image, and then selecting the border by opening FORMAT menu and LINE/BORDER STYLE. There will also be a text box under the clipart, you could delete this by right clicking on it and selecting Delete Object and replace it with a WordArt box or leave it out completely. Otherwise replace it with suitable text by highlighting the text and typing in what you want. You will have to change the size and maybe the font. Select the rectangle tool, and draw a rectangle using the red guideline as you guide. When you have drawn the rectangle, goto FORMAT and change the line thickness. See Step 8. 12.
