Terms and conditions:
25% deposit with order, balance of payment two weeks prior to arrival.
Payment in any currency equivalent to value of above rates. Any shortfall
due to currency differences will be due in euros on arrival.
Cancellation: In the case of cancellation, the following amounts shall
be due. More than two weeks before booking - deposit only (25%). From
two to one week before booking - 50% of full rate. Less than one week
before booking - 100% of of full rate. If the cottage is re-let for
the cancelled period, only the deposit will be non-refundable.
