Concert

The concert that took place on the 27th March in St. Cronins was a great success and 1350 euro was raised for the Midest Cancer Foundation. Well done to all those involved,in particular, Dr Manus McGuire, Kevin Garry, Nuala Madden and the M.C for the night Paula Carroll.

Aughty Day

Aughty Day 2009 was held in Tuamgraney on the 18 April. It was a great day and there were excellent presentations by the various speakers. The committee of East Clare Heritage wish to thank sincerely all those who helped in any way.

Journal Launched

Despite the inauspicious date of Friday the 13th,the 14th Sliabh Aughty journal was jovially launched by Fr. Brendan Quinlivan much to the delight of a good turnout in the Cobblers Rest, Bodyke.
