Be
Happy Anyway!
If the reason you want certain things in
life is because you think that having them will make you happy,
that makes being happy your main objective…….why not cut out ‘the
middle man’ and be happy anyway? Wouldn’t
you then have attained your main objective?
Under the Universal Law of Attraction you are then guaranteed the things
you wanted will come into your life automatically – everything you ever wished
for will just fall into your lap! In
a nutshell that is how to create what you want in your life!
What was your last ‘daydream’ about?
When did you ever hear a parent or a teacher saying to a child ‘just
sit there now and have a little daydream for yourself while I……..’
Fortunately, for me, many of my teachers had an uncanny knack of making
my schooldays so interesting that I had a lot of time to daydream while their
‘interesting’ voices droned on and on and on and on……
What you focus on, think
about, daydream about, fantasize about, talk about, give your attention to is
what manifests in your life.
So if your life is miserable, full of unwanted events, people or
situations, or if you are suffering from lack of money, love, whatever – it is
only because that is what you are giving your attention to.
That is the vibration you are giving off to the universe and that is the
same energy you are getting back in the form of all those unwanted events and
situations or the lack of what you want.
It is not a case of ‘thinking
positive’. You cannot fool yourself into believing you are happy if you
are miserable and life is not going the way you want it. In fact, have you noticed that sometimes our lives seem to
‘be on a roll’ in one direction or the other?
You’ve heard the expression ‘things happen in threes’?
It is not enough to talk to yourself positively – you must bring
yourself to a feeling place within you that really feels happy – as happy as
you would be if your world was indeed the way you wanted it to be.
And you cannot do that in one fell swoop, so to speak, but you can do it
step by step. It takes as little as
17 seconds to bring yourself to a better feeling place and from there to an even
better feeling place and from there to an even better feeling place and so on
and on – until in a matter of 30 minutes or so you can be in a much better
feeling place – far removed from where you started.
You simply reach for a better feeling thought than the one you are
having and hold it for 17 seconds. Then
reach for the next better feeling thought and the next and the next. Keep
doing this for a week and then a month and see where you will be – I promise
you that things will start to happen in a way you would not have imagined before
you started on this fantastic adventure of deliberate co-creation!
By the way – the only reason I can write
and talk about this is because I have been doing and continue to do it –
minute by minute. Just keep an eye
